What types of products do you sell?
We sell digital products designed to help SMMEs grow and become profitable—such as eBooks, templates, financial tools, strategy frameworks, and training kits.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept secure payments via PayFast, EFT (South African bank transfers), and major credit/debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Do you accept international payments?
Yes, international customers can pay via credit card where supported.

How do I receive my digital product after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link via email instantly. You can also access your purchases from your account dashboard.
What if I don’t receive the download link?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see it, email us at info@inzuzo-a.com with your order number, and we’ll resend it.
How long do I have access to my downloads?
You can download the product anytime within 7 days of purchase. We recommend saving it to your device immediately.

What if I have a question about how to use the product?
Each product includes basic usage instructions. If you need additional support, email us or request a 15-minute consult (free for paid customers).
Are your templates editable?
Yes, all templates are delivered in editable formats (Excel, Word, or PowerPoint), unless stated otherwise.
Can I customize the products for my own business?
Absolutely! Our tools are designed to be tailored to your business or client needs.

Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded. However, if you encounter issues or didn’t receive your file, please contact us immediately—we’ll resolve it.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store any payment details on our servers.
How do you protect my personal information?
We comply with POPIA and do not share your personal information without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I resell or distribute your products?
No. Your purchase grants you a single-user license. If you wish to use our tools for clients or in group settings, please contact us for a commercial or training license.
Do you offer bulk licensing for training or consulting companies?
